➤ Do I need to create an account to place an order?
To place an order, you can choose whether to register on the Site as a User or purchase as a “guest”. Registration is required to purchase “custom-made” products.
➤ Can I modify an order that has already been placed?
Send an email to customer support at ecommerce@foriere.it specifying the order number and the reasons why you want to modify your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once it has been submitted.
➤ Can I delete an order that has already been placed?
Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
➤ Can I add products to an existing order?
No, it is not possible to add products to an existing order. To make further purchases, you need to create a new order.
➤ Can I modify or delete an order for “custom-made” products that already exists?
Orders for “custom-made” products cannot be cancelled or modified.
➤ Is VAT already included in the final price?
All prices shown on the site include VAT. You can view the amount of taxes at checkout.
➤ What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, and Paypal.
Bespoke
➤ I would like a product but with different colors not available on the website, what should I do?
To request “custom-made” products, you need to write an email to the service bespoke@foriere.it we will be by your side to offer you the best possible service.
➤ How much does it cost and how long does it take to get a “custom-made” product?
“Custom-made” products are made according to the customer's request, therefore they require a longer production time, the cost and delivery will be indicated in the quote sent via email.
➤ Am I obliged to purchase a requested “custom-made” product?
There is no obligation to purchase for having requested a “custom-made” product and having received the quote. If you decide to purchase the product, you need to send an email with the requested data to the service bespoke@foriere.it to confirm the purchase.
➤ How can I pay for the order?
Once you have received the confirmation email for the creation of the “custom-made” product, we will add the related product to the shop dedicated to the Customer and send the payment request via email, which can be made using the usual methods, therefore it is mandatory to register on the site as a User.
➤ When will the creation of a “custom-made” product begin?
Once payment has been received, we will proceed with its production.
➤ Can I cancel an order for “custom-made” products?
If you wish to cancel the purchase of “custom-made” products from an order placed in your shop that you have not yet paid for, we ask you to send us an email to the service bespoke@foriere.it requesting the cancellation of the order. However, if the order has been paid for, “custom-made” products cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
➤ How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost may change depending on the destination country; in any case, the possible shipping amount will be visible at checkout.
➤ How long will it take to receive my order?
Non-customized products available in stock are shipped within a few business days and in any case within 30 days, while for "custom-made" products the shipping time will be indicated in the quote. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area and will be communicated via email. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
➤ Will I receive my entire order in one delivery?
For logistical reasons and/or product availability in stock, the customer's order may be split into several shipments; in this case, the customer will receive the ordered products in multiple deliveries and the shipping costs after the first shipment paid by the customer will be borne by the Seller.
➤ Is it possible to postpone the shipment of an order?
We can postpone the departure of your order by a few days. Let us know the date we can ship your package by email at ecommerce@foriere.it or in the notes on your order.
➤ Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the shipping information after placing your order, please write an email toecommerce@foriere.itas soon as possible.
Shipping information cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.
➤ In which countries can I have my order delivered?
Items purchased on this Site can only be delivered to certain countries; the complete list of countries eligible for delivery can be found in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any delivery address located outside the mentioned countries will be refused during the order process.
➤ Can I receive my order at P.O. boxes?
Shipments are not made to P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante, or logistics providers.
➤ Can I receive my order in the mailbox?
For security reasons, each package will be delivered to the recipient.
➤ Is a signature required for delivery of my order?
Upon receipt of the order, the courier may request a signature.
Returns
➤ Can I return an item?
If you are not satisfied, you can contact us by email at service@foriere.it to return purchased items within 14 days of delivery; the goods must be in their original packaging, intact and in perfect condition.
➤ I received an item that I consider defective or damaged, can I request a replacement?
Certainly, in this case we ask you to send us an email at service@foriere.it with your description of the defect or damage and at least one supporting photo, so we can make an objective assessment. If the defect or damage to the product is recognized, it will be replaced at our expense.
➤ How do I proceed to make a return?
To make a return, you need to contact us by email at service@foriere.itindicating the order number, product code, and reason for the return. We will then authorize the return by sending a specific confirmation email.
➤ Can I return a “custom-made” product?
‘Custom-made’ products cannot be returned.
➤ Is it possible to choose a date and time for the return delivery to the courier?
In this case you must contact the courier directly, otherwise you can take the package to be returned to a designated courier drop-off point.
➤ How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the product, after verifying its integrity and perfect condition; otherwise, you will not be entitled to a refund.
➤ How will I be refunded?
For security reasons, if payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card; otherwise, a bank transfer will be made to a bank account whose holder is the same as the person who placed the order.
➤ Which products cannot be returned or replaced?
▪ Products received more than 14 working days ago.
▪ Products showing signs of wear or damage due to improper use.
▪ Custom-made, personalized and/or handcrafted products commissioned by the customer.
➤ I decided to keep my order but I have already sent the return request, what should I do?
We are glad you decided to keep your purchase, just send us an email at service@foriere.it to cancel the return request as soon as possible.
➤ What should I do if the leather has small imperfections?
Veins and wrinkles are characteristics of leather, which guarantee its quality and authenticity; therefore, they should not be considered imperfections, but rather “marks” that give your product added value, making it unique, and for this reason the product cannot be returned.
