Return Procedure
Follow the steps below to process a return.
Email us at service@foriere.it with your return request, including your order number, product code, and, if applicable, the reason for the return, so we can provide you with better service next time.
We will email you the form to fill out with your personal information. You will also need to indicate your refund method and whether you prefer to collect the package at the address provided or to take it to a courier collection point.
Once you submit the return form, we will send you an email containing the documents to print and give to the courier.
Prepare the package for return
Place the products you wish to return in their original boxes and ensure that all labels from the previous shipment have been removed. If the outer box is too damaged to be reused, replace it with a similar box that can adequately protect the products. Finally, seal the package and attach the shipping label for the courier.
Any packaging and accessories shipped in the original packaging must also be returned. Products must not show any signs of wear and tear, and must not have been used or altered in any way. Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in the return request being denied.
Deliver the package to the courier or take it to the collection point
Deliver the package to the courier according to the previously agreed upon date and time, or take your purchase to the designated courier's collection point of your choice.
Products must be handed over to the courier for shipment or to the collection point within 14 days of receiving the return authorization; otherwise, the return will no longer be authorized.
After receiving the products and examining them by our quality control staff, we will notify you of the acceptance of the return.
Replacement
Exchange Procedure
Follow the steps below to request an exchange.
Email us at service@foriere.it with your exchange request, including a description of the defect or damage and at least one photo to assist us in evaluating the item objectively. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, it will be replaced at our expense.
If you accept the exchange, we will email you a form to complete with your personal information. You will also need to indicate whether you prefer to have the package picked up at the address provided or to take it to a courier collection point. Once you submit the return form, we will send you an email containing the documents to print and give to the courier.
