Shipping
Shipping of standard products to Italy
Prices
Shipping is free for orders of €70 or more.
For orders under €70.00, shipping costs are €10.
Delivery times
For Italy, delivery will be made within 2-4 business days, and in any case, within 30 days.
Shipping of standard products to the “UE”
Prices
Shipping is free for orders of €120 or more.
For orders under €120.00, shipping costs are €20.
Delivery times
For “UE” countries, delivery will be made within 3-7 business days, and in any case, within 30 days.
Shipping outside the “UE” for standard products
Costs
Shipping is free for orders of €120 or more.
For orders under €120.00, shipping costs are €20.
Delivery Times
For non-EU countries, delivery will be made within 3-7 business days, and in any case, within a maximum of 30 days.
Extra Order Costs
For international shipments, extra order costs, such as customs clearance, are not included and are therefore the responsibility of the customer, to be paid after shipment.
Shipping of "Customized" Products
Shipping costs and times for "customized" products, handcrafted and requested by the customer, will be indicated in the quote sent via email.
Tracking
Tracking Number
Upon shipment, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the tracking number of the courier responsible for the delivery.
Multiple Shipments
For logistical reasons and/or product availability, the customer's order may be split into multiple deliveries. In this case, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the corresponding tracking number for each shipment. The final e-mail will be designated as the order confirmation email containing the corresponding tracking number.
